- Dental care (Primary dental care (simple extractions)
- Optometric care: Restricted to eye examinations and provision of plain lenses (without frames)
- Medical ophthalmic examination and treatment (Excluding provision of glasses)
- Out of station emergencies
- Psychiatric assessment and treastment of acute phase of illness for a period not more than two weeks (Covered for a period not more than two weeks)
- Ailments and conditions proven to require tertiary care
- Special referrals within the limits specifies in the policy
- Individuals joining the health scheme with a pregnancy (not more than (first trimester)4 months) on standard health package having paid the eight thousand naira (N8,000.00) premium for standard package shall pay an additional token of N16,000.00 making a total of twenty-four thousand naira only (N24,000.00) to cover the following; - Normal Delivery - Insured Principal (mother) for 2yr ( additional year)on standard package - Newborn dependent for 1 yr. on standard package
