GOVERNOR MAKINDE AND COMMUNITY BASED ADOPTEES

As part of his commitment, personal love and determination to better the lots of people in the State through provision of Health facilities to less privilege in the Communities, His Excellency, the Executive Governor of Oyo State, Engr. Seyi Makinde personally keyed into Community Based Health Insurance Scheme of the Oyo State Health Insurance Agency, where he single-handedly paid and enrolled over 5, 000 Enrollees from various Community in the State into the Scheme.

The Executive Secretary reinstated that the Scheme will not only provide access to quality Healthcare Services within their Communities, but also afford them access to care anywhere in the State whenever the occasion arises.

Dr. Akande while stressing the importance of the Scheme at their doorstep, promised to provide the Ultra Sound Machine for the Primary Healthcare Facility at Kumapayi Community during the second term of His Excellency, Engr. Seyi Makinde.

Responding on behalf of the Communities are Messrs, the Chairman League of Imams, Sheikh Amanda, the chief of Tede CAN Chairman Rev. S. Ó Olonade, Chairman Ajo Ọmọ Tede Parapo Comrade Mustapha Solomon Iyiola, commended the effort of the Executive Secretary, Dr Sola Akande and His Excellency, the Executive Governor, Engr. Seyi Makinde for his love to the people in the State by providing dividends of democracy through the Health Insurance Scheme.
